Artist's Comments
Okay, it's complete. On the first WIP I asked people to guess who it was, but only two people guessed, and they guessed right. It is Gaspard Ulliel, a French actor.
This drawing is on a much smaller scale to what I'm used to. Usually I like to cover the whole paper with just a face, but this time I wanted to draw some of the body as well. The drawing covers nearly the entire paper, and this time every mm mattered. It was also my first time drawing tiles. I worked on it for about twenty hours, but only small bits at a time. Once the face was complete it went quite fast. I'm pleased with it  Used A4 smooth bristol b, 7b, 5b, 4H graphite pencils black pastels eraser, tissue Thank you so much for looking, and I hope you like it  |
